How to get more details about the products?

By clicking on the product you’ll find a list of all the informations and benefits. Beneath the brief description with the pictures you can read about the product specifications. Of course you can also contact our customer support to get other informations you are interested in.

A product is no longer available. What does that mean?

Among our products are several exclusive goods, which are available either seasonally or for a short time span. These products can only be bought as long as the stock lasts. It may also occur that one of the staples is temporarily unavailable for delivery. Therefore, it’s worth the effort to check our assortment regularly - the desired article might be restocked. The availability status can change rapidly with some products, therefore being imprecise. If this occurs, you have the right to cancel your order. At the moment, we don’t have a backlog system.

Mayday! The ordered product is damaged/incomplete.

No need to panic! Just write a short email to support@medifino.com. To verify your problem, please attach a picture (less than 1MB) and provide us your order number. Our customer support will do everything necessary to correct the error as quickly as possible.

How do I make sure that Medifino has received my order?

We will send you a confirmation email including all the necessary informations as well as your order number.

Can I revise my order after I’ve sent it?

When a modification is necessary, please contact our customer support at support@medifino.com. Please bear in mind that alterations are only possible until 12AM of the following day (after your order request).

How do I pay?

You may choose between a credit card payment (we accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover), a payment via PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay or immediate transfer.

It is most convenient to pay with PayPal - you simply need to click on the PayPal button and you’ll be redirected directly to the PayPal website. Nevertheless, we urgently ask you to check your payment details twice. This way, unnecessary problems concerning the fulfillment can be avoided.

How can I cancel my order?

For cancelling, please contact our customer support at support@medifino.com. Please note that cancellations are only possible until 12AM of the following day (after your order request).

How do you handle my personal data?

We have obliged ourselves to a total discretion when dealing with your personal data. We will under no circumstances (unless we are legally bound to do so) transfer, lease or dispose your data.

How does Medifino ensure full safety for my order?

When handling your data, all the necessary security is guaranteed.

As your customer/credit card data is being transmitted, our host server will use the TLS encryption protocol. A credit card processor is involved in order to create a protected payment interface. Here, we are using the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES).

Due to these safety measurements, your credit card usage at our website is secured down to the last detail.

 

Mayday! I haven’t yet received my order confirmation!

Also, in this case, don’t panic. Maybe it has accidentally landed in your spam folder. If you’ve checked and still cannot find your order confirmation we ask you to contact the customer support, our colleagues will provide you with a new confirmation as soon as possible.

I would like to have my parcel delivered to an address which is not the invoice address on my credit card. Would that work?

Of course! Especially in this case you should double check your informations to avoid incorrect or mixed-up details.

Under which conditions can I revoke/exchange an article?

On the “Returns” page you will find all the necessary details - or you can ask our customer support, if something remains unclear for you.
